Anjum Anand is a British writer and Tv chef, but her specialty is Indian food. Anjum Anand is of Indian Origin but is born and lived most of her life abroad. She has worked at several well-known places such as Café Spice in New York, Park Royal Hotel in New Delhi, and Tommy Tang at Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles. Her work mainly focuses on adapting healthy meals from a traditionally rich Indian diet and recreated with wholesome ingredients and limited oil.

Hari Nayak

He has opened his patisserie place in New York called Hala Fete. Nayak is also the co-developer of The trail-box. It is a self-catering box for festive celebrations like Diwali. Her food website is also the world’s largest Indian food website. Her recipes have been published in around 25 magazines. All of these recipes are tried in more than 120 million homes around the world. She has specialized in almost the entire Indian cuisine but, her personal favourite was Gujurati food. Unfortunately, she died in 2013.

Nita Mehta is surely a superwoman because, along with being a celebrity chef, she is also an author, restaurateur, and media personality; she has her cookbooks and cooking classes. As of yet, she has authored 400 books that have sold almost 6 million copies. In 1990 she was awarded the “Best Asian Cookbook Award” for her book “Flavours of Indian Cooking” at the World Cookbook Fair in Paris.

Saransh Goila has won the Food Food Maha challenge, which has given him his much-needed break. Harpal Sokhi is the famous Namak chef of India. He has founded his food chain called the Punjabi Tadka in 2013. He completed his degree in catering from IHM Bhubneshawar and later started his career as a trainee at the Oberoi hotel in Bhubaneshwar. He spent several years learning and experimenting with international cuisine. He even learned Ayurveda and tried to fuse it in his dishes.
